place where a great variety of messy and confusing ideas reside. Games, programs, music and various experiments that ... wait a sec, did I say "miscellany" or "messcellany"?






What is this? Who are you? What do you want from me?

"This" is the little corner of the internet where have gone to stop those random things related to video games I have done over the years. Although I would have liked to, I do not earn my living with this kind of stuff, so everything you'll find here is result of the free time I've been able to devote to this. Various things

Alley Cat Remeow Edition

A remake of the game from the 80s with new stages and game modes. Redone audiovisuals try to simulate what an arcade version in the 90s could have been, but it also includes the possibility of playing the original versions: at the consumer's choice!


Binary Land - ZX Spectrum

A port of the Nintendo NES (Famicom) game for ZX Spectrum computers, 48K & 128K compatible! The goal of the game is to reunite two penguins in love cruely separated by the social distancing. Yep, this project is the result of the free time at home I got during the 2020 pandemy.

Castilian Dub

A couple of demos related to the first Monkey Island and Day of the Tentacle castilian dub projects.


Graphic Adventures

Using a SCUMM engine clone that I tried to program several years ago, I started some projects as they were an original graphic adventure, one based on the "Back to the Future" saga and some other odd things that arose during the development of the engine.

NES CD Version

This particular project consisted of running a program in parallel with a NES emulator and the game ROM so you can play it with voices and the soundtrack of the CD version.


Programs

Various command line programs that I have been doing since ... 1996? for all kinds of purposes. I share them because ... who knows? Maybe they could be useful for someone ... or maybe not: P


Music

Using Stream Tracker first and later Impulse Tracker, at the end of the 90s I spent some time composing new songs for videogames and re-composing existing ones. I also made some original ones without any particular purpose and with a... curious style, to say the least.
